Stats & Shots

Charlotte had her 2-month check-up yesterday with Dr. Soltys. She is "healthy and thriving," ahead of the curve on all measurements. Charlotte is now 23 1/2" long- in the 90th percentile- and 11 pounds, 11 ounces, in the 75th percentile for weight. Evidently, the 12-meals-a-day diet is paying off! She received four shots, and my eyes filled with tears as I watched my little sweetheart scream until she turned purple. We'll be back for our next round of vaccinations at 4 months, but for now we've got the green light to take her out of the country on her Bermuda cruise next month!

12 meals a day, huh? I guess she's been cutting back lately :) That's a great choice of pictures for the "Charlotte's Shots" posting (my name, not yours), as she looks pretty close to miserable. You should start a new page element List of Places Charlotte has Been and at What Ages... That would be interesting for all!

I love this picture! I can't believe how big Charlotte is. I guess we just have a miniature squirt over here. Sophie wasn't that big until 4 months (height) and 5 months (weight). But I definitely remember those 12 meals a day all too well...
